Bare legs dangling from the bed with indecision,
Led to mischievous wandering through fog and mud,
Dark and clear, shining.
Superfluous glamour with fingertips sliding past my lips,
Remaining wide-eyed craving.
Diving deep into tepid decisions,
Autumn comes quick and suddenly,
Brisk, red, forgetful.
Chewing on an unpainted nail, blowing air toward my right eye…
Look to the side, studying.
I was kept safe today.
I want to go to sleep now.
Don’t want to blog about nothing.
Find myself wishing. Don’t want to wish alone.
Wish a goodnight wish with me.
Let’s wish to be able to run long distances and enjoy it.
Let’s wish to be able to go to the movies whenever we want.
Let’s wish to go on a road trip anywhere.
Let’s wish our children are happy.
Let’s wish we look the way we want to.
Let’s wish we learn how to fly fish.
Let’s wish that the world gets a little bit kinder.
Let’s wish no babies are hurt in the world today.
Let’s wish cookies never ran out, even after you eat them all.
Let’s wish someone thinks we’re special today.
Let’s wish that we can sleep in without missing the day.
Let’s wish we can have a glass of Sparkling Grapefruit Soda.
